Exploring Jersey City!

Yesterday was a nice day with lots of quality time with the family. We walked to a really nice statue at the waterfront in JC, the "Water’s Soul,” It looks over the Hudson River from the bank of the pier. The piece encourages people to take time to be silent, to self-reflect and to listen, for the betterment of humanity. Taking up on the good advice, we talked, we listened and... we went shopping!  And... ate really good sushi! In other words a lot of self reflection! 🤣😉 Check the photos! 

This morning I took a walk to Liberty State park. It's about 1,5 hour walk. It's really nice and warm out. And it's so quiet here! I'm really enjoying it to the fullest and I'm very, very, very thankful for everything. But I still do feel a bit guilty. I just can't turn it off. Hey, I heard a song about that... 🤣😉 (It was in the Book of Mormon). We do not need (psycho) therapists, just turn it off, like a switch... 🤪 

So, I saw the Lady this morning again. Which I like. I've seen her like a milion times or so, but still. I remember going to Liberty State Park with my sister. It was the winter of 2005! It's good to be here again. 😊

And now, I'm of to the city! 😁
